Q: Do I need a reservation?
A: Reservations are suggested in order to make sure you get the truck you want, when you need it. Please call (561) 582-4449 and our friendly stall can assist you in choosing the type of truck for your reservation and provide you with a custom quote of all charges you can expect. Depending on the time you need it and the demand, Moving trucks and Fifteen passenger vans may require a $50.00 deposit in order to confirm the reservation. Deposits are applied towards the rental charges and cancellations must be received 72 hours prior to the scheduled pick up time to receive a refund.

Q: What’s the truck like?
A: We are pleased to offer the finest and most diversified fleet of trucks in all of south Florida. All trucks are late model Ford’s (less than two years of age)!

Q: What equipment will it have?
A: For your convenience all trucks are equipped with automatic transmissions, air conditioning and AM/FM stereo. Most are additionally equipped with cruise control, tilt steering wheel, power windows, power door locks and power mirrors. Lift gates are also available on many models.

Q: How long can I keep the truck?
A: Our rental day is based upon a 24 hour term which begins at the time you rent the truck. Trucks not returned on time will be subject to either late charges or additional days of rental.

Q: Who can drive?
A: All drivers must be over 21 years of age and have a valid drivers license (NO EXCEPTIONS). Only drivers listed on the rental agreement are permitted to drive.

Q: What do I need to bring with me to get the truck?
A: Three things you will need when renting your truck are:
1) Your valid drivers license.
2) Your major credit card Visa, Master Card, Discover or American Express (Debit cards may be used, please confirm with your rental agent regarding the amount of available funds needed on your card).
3) Your current proof of vehicle insurance (must have at least state required personal injury and liability coverage). If your insurance policy does not provide collision coverage or you desire the additional peace of mind, Collision Damage Waiver is offered at a reasonable cost. Always confide with your insurance agent in order to verify whether or not you need additional coverage.

Q: Can I park my vehicle there while I rent the truck?
A: Yes, our lot is fenced and customer parking is available.
